I’m experiencing crashing/freezing issues.

Go ahead and try the following:

  1. Make sure your game and operating system are updated to the latest available versions.

  2. Have as much free space on your device's storage as possible.

  3. Force close the app and any apps running in the background.

  4. Restart your device and enter the game.

  5. Have a strong internet connection when updating or launching the application.


For Android devices try clearing the cache as well:

  1. Click on Settings.

  2. Click on Apps.

  3. Tap on Glow.

  4. Then tap on Storage and then Clear Cache.

  5. Click on OK to confirm clearing the app data.
