How do I restore or transfer my progress to a new device?

Before transferring, your progress must first be properly synced on your old device.

Important Notes:

• Make sure you are signed in with the same Google Play or Apple ID as before.

• Ensure your device and Cloud have enough storage for data syncing.

• Please avoid playing on more than one device at the same time — doing so may overwrite your progress.

• Both devices must have the same latest game version (currently v.0.8.2).

• A stable internet connection is required throughout the process.

Transfer Steps:

1. Install Glow Fashion Idol on your new device.

2. Open the game and tap “Sign In” when prompted.

3. Log in with the same Google Play (Android) or Game Center (iOS) account used on your old device.

Your progress, items, and purchases will sync automatically.
